How can I check my order?
You can easily check your order and its status by logging in to your Account page and looking under the tab "My Orders".
An item I've been eyeing has gone out of stock :-( Will they be back?
Let us know by dropping us a note at email@example.com or any of our social channels and we'll work on getting them restocked! P.S. You'll be among the first to be notified ;-)
We accept payments via credit/ debit card (i.e. VISA/ MasterCard/ AMEX) as well as PayPal.
What currency options are available?
All prices listed on the site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
When will my credit/ debit card be charged?
You will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox to notify you of an approved transaction. Can't find it? It might be in your spam folder! If not, drop us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Definitely! You can make changes to your payment methods and billing information by logging in to your Account page and looking under the tab "Payment Methods".
